"What a fantastic Christmas Lunch!
Wow! We wish to thank you and all of your staff for the most enjoyable Christmas lunch when we visited the Whitehall Hotel on Christmas Day just a few short weeks ago. This is the first time we have ever dined away from our home on Christmas Day. Thanks to you, it will not be the last!
The day started perfectly, your welcome, the atmosphere in the hotel and the dining room and the smiles on the faces of everyone just set the standard for the day. The food and the service was truly wonderful; it was all so good and I should not single out any one thing for mention yeti really need to speak with chef to establish how he combined the carrot and parsnip with such flavour... and the wines perfectly complemented the food. It was memorable family occasion. Thank you for the memory.
Please speak to everyone concerned and thank them. Our special thanks go to you both for setting the standard in the fist place. With this leadership and support, you are clearly destined for the most unimagined success."

"...our meal was flawless. Please let your chef and his staff know how much we enjoyed it. The soup was hot, tasty and very welcoming. My own comment regarding the main course: I wish I could turn out just one piece of chicken like that! And the Brownie was fun."
